Body Awakening, Full Body Program

Tuesday, Wednesday 6:00 PM – 7:00 PM

Saturday 8:45 AM – 9:45 AM

QiGong

Thursday 6:00 PM – 7:00 PM

(All Classes Are Open To Beginners; No Experience Necessary)

 

All lessons include breathing exercises and movements to strengthen and increase flexibility for the legs, backs and arms based on Eastern medicine principles.

Depending on the student’s program and experience, qi gong, tai chi, kung fu, bagua martial arts movements and weapons are utilized to continually increase range of motion, strength, flexibility, balance, and energy as well as circulation, respiration, immune, lymphatic, digestive and endocrine systems.
