Merav Chlamtac

Merav is a 3rd-degree black belt and a Certified Medical QiGong Instructor. She has been a QiGong practitioner for twenty years and has been training in martial arts at Body Mind Systems for fifteen years. Merav holds graduate degrees in Math and Computer Science and recently retired from a long career in the Computer-Aided Design industry. She is currently teaching Tai Chi and QiGong programs at Human Harmonies. She feels that her training brought profound changes to her quality of life. She is passionate about helping others improve their health and sense of well-being through training.

Christina Escoto

Christina has been teaching martial arts disciplines for 10 years. She is also a certified Medical QiGong and Tai chi instructor. As a young teenager she had always grown up loving the movements of martial arts and when she started to teach it she saw the immense physical and mental benefits it could have for people of all ages and abilities. Through her time teaching, she believes there is no greater gift than to see others invest in themselves and improve their overall wellbeing.

Thomas Sullivan

Thomas is a Vietnam Veteran and retired nurse. He has been studying Martial Arts for the past 8 years, is a Second Degree Instructor and a Certified Medical QiGong instructor. He is also teaching Veterans and has begun classes at the Jamaica Plain Veterans Hospital and West Roxbury VA for the Veterans who are treated there. His goal is for other vets to experience the health benefits and mind body improvements that he has gained through his training.
